Odai George William

Following the death of his mother in 2000 and mistreatment from his father, Odai George William found himself eating, sleeping, and living on the streets. He was very grateful to have found C.R.O. eight years ago because it provided a place for him to belong. As a part of C.R.O., George has worked to help encourage others to stay in school and complete their education; George was the only one of his four siblings to be able to accomplish this.

George has already gained recognition as a speaker from leadership programs within Uganda and in 2012 began a three year degree at Uganda Christian University in Mbale.  He is pursuing his bachelor’s degree in education and as of August 2013, was trying to decide between the subjects of theology and history.
