I have been working in the technology field for nearly 20 years, in various roles ranging from engineering, to product management, to business leadership. In my experiences, I have directly observed just how much a strong education can impact an individual's ability to identify and take advantage of major life opportunities.  And as a father of 3 young children, I also see firsthand how education & learning can impact a young person's life and self-confidence.

Being part of CROSO allows me to contribute to advancing the education of an incredibly underserved community in Uganda, so that we can contribute to creating a more just and prosperous society.
